We hired Emil for a quite complex tile job in our kitchen and foyer. Using 20" x 20" Italian porcelain tile over about 350 sq/ft, Emil created a masterpiece in our new home. He spent many late nights at our convenience first leveling our imperfect concrete slab and then setting each tile in such a way that the effect of the different marble patterns was truly accentuated. Emil used state of the art tools and methods to produce this result and did so in a very neat and professional way so as not to disturb our normal living enviornment. Hopefully we can have him back for our future bathroom renovations and maybe even a stone patio we are contemplating. If you want something done right the first time give Suffolk Tileworks a call.

Emil Wisekal of Suffolk Tileworks, LLC was hired by my husband and I to
tile our bathroom. Emil tiled the floor and and shower area. He worked
with us and had good ideas for the layout of the shower. It took several
visits to complete the job and each time he left the area as clean as it
was when he arrived. Emil puts a lot of attention to detail and the end
result is beautiful. We are very pleased with his work. We would

My husband and I hired Emil twice for tiling jobs in our home. The
first was for an old bathroom where the floor needed to be excessively
reworked to make it solid and level before the tile could be laid. He
did not "cut any corners" and consequently the tile still looks like the
day it was put down- no settling or cracking. He was very willing to
work with our ideas (and had many good ones of his own) and together we
designed a tile of our own pattern for the center of the floor. The job
was done carefully and meticulously, using
very good equipment and tools.
We were very pleased and we hired him to tile a new foyer and
small porch area a few years later. Again, we could not have been
happier. He drew a design for us using different size tiles, which he
hand cut from the single size tiles we bought. His work is the first
thing you see coming into the home and I think it leaves a very nice
impression.

The quality of the work done by Emil Wisekal and Suffolk Tileworks
is impeccable. Emil's attention to detail and his finishing work are second
to none. Emil tiled my kitchen and bathroom floors, and he tiled the walls in
my bathroom from floor to ceiling. He also removed my leaking window &
installed glass blocks with cement grout in it's place, in the shower.
Not only did he do all the work, but he anticipated potential obstacles
(such as the dry wall in the tub area needing to be replaced) and he
provided ideas as well. Equally valuable, he helped me shop for the
tile and other supplies. Emil Wisekal is fair, thorough and reliable,
all qualities that I highly value when hiring someone to work in my home.

The work done by Suffolk Tileworks is the best we've ever seen. We had
Emil install 13 inch square slate-colored porcelain tile outdoors on
our back patio. The patio had a very irregular surface and needed extensive
patching and leveling, but the tile was laid very evenly and smoothly.
Now, water drains off the patio like it is supposed to. The grout color
nearly matches the tile, so the finished product looks very neat and clean.
Our backyard is now an inviting place for our children to play.
